ToS ( Terms of Service )

Version 1.3 Edited: 03 / Dec / 2024

I. Conduct

  1. Both parties are expected to communicate in a clear and polite manner.

  2. All reference materials, including relevant information about the characters, must be provided before payment. The value and decision to accept the order will be based on the complexity of the work.

  3. All your preferences, including specific details, must be informed before payment.

  4. Non-compliance with the terms described here may result in the refusal or cancelation of the commission.

II. Payment

  1. Commissions must be paid in two parts:

  1. The first part must be paid after the idea/sketch is defined and, at most, before the completion of the lineart (if the art is with lines) or the final sketch (if the art is without lines).

  2. In the case of Ych, the idea/sketch step has already been set, so the first payment must be made before starting.

  3. While waiting in the queue, no payment is necessary. The first payment is only made when it is your turn in the queue.

  4. The second part must be paid before sending the files, right after the art is finished and reviewed.

  1. Payment is accepted only in US Dollar (USD) and must be made through PayPal or Wise.

  1. The final transaction value may vary depending on the payment platform chosen by the customer. The customer will be duly informed of any value difference before selecting the payment platform.

III. Process

  1. Before payment, the idea will be defined and some sketches will be made.

  2. After the idea/sketch is approved and the payment of the first part is confirmed, the art will begin to be produced. During this period, you will receive updates when necessary, which may have intervals from hours to days.

  3. Commissions have a maximum completion time of 3 months after the payment of the first part. In case of unforeseen events, the client will be informed as soon as possible.

IV. Revison

  1. The idea of the commission cannot be changed after the payment of the first part.

  2. If there is a desire from the client to change the main characters, this must be requested as early as possible. This may result in an additional value or in the cancellation of the commission and refund of the value, according to the refund policy.

  3. The addition or alteration of secondary characters must be requested as early as possible, which may result in an additional value.

  4. Any other change, after the payment of the first part, may result in additional fees.

  5. After completion, the client may request small free corrections within the period of 24 hours after the confirmation of the second payment. After this period, small corrections may have a correction fee.

  6. Major corrections after completion, such as pose change, alteration or addition of characters (main or secondary), etc., do not apply to free corrections and will have correction fees.

  7. The value of the correction fees is defined by the artist, depending on the complexity. This value must be paid in full before the correction.

V. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. The commission may be canceled by the artist at any time, resulting in the refund of the appropriate value (between 10% to 90% of the received value).

  2. If the client wants to cancel his commission, depending on the work stage a fine of 5% to 15% may be applied on the total amount of the commission.

  1. In case of refusal to pay the fine, the work will have its copyright claimed, in addition to the customer being placed on the ban list.

  1. The received value is the result of the following calculation:

AR=AS−TPF

AR (Amount Received), AS (Amount Sent) TPF (Transfer Platform Fees).

  1. If the client goes more than a month without contact, the commission will be considered as finished and no refund will be allowed.

  2. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been granted in relation to the artwork will be revoked and appropriate legal action may be taken.

  3. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.

VI. Copyright and Usage

  1. Under no circumstances may the artist’s signature be removed from any work.

  2. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.

  3. The artist reserves all rights to the work produced.

  4. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use licenses can be provided for additional fees and negotiation.

  5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of creating or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.
